Privacy policy
How your workspace information is used and protected.
Policy draft for the preview release. Operator details and legal review must be completed before paid launch.
Responsible operator
Operator identity and support contact will be supplied before paid launch.
Information we process
Account names and email addresses, password hashes, sessions, account profiles, follow relationships, draft text, images, video, schedules, review actions and agent-key metadata are stored to run the workspace. API keys are shown once and stored as hashes. We also retain operational and security records needed to diagnose problems or abuse.
How information is used
We use your information to authenticate you, show permitted posts, accept uploads, apply your edits and reviews, plan content, manage access and provide support. We do not use private drafts as public product examples.
Who can see content
Your account and authorized assistants can access the permissions you grant. Posts shared for community review can be visible to permitted users in your circle. Private approval settings restrict that access. Workspace operators have administrative access needed to provide the service.
Payments and connected platforms
When you choose checkout or billing management, Paddle processes its own customer and payment information and sends subscription identifiers and status to us. We do not receive complete card numbers. Connected social platforms receive approved content only when delivery is configured. Patreon export is a manual handoff.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting, payment and connected platform providers may process information in their respective locations. The final processor list, applicable legal bases and cross-border safeguards will be published after operator and provider review, before paid launch. See Paddle’s privacy notice for its processing.
Retention and deletion
Drafts and media remain until deleted or the account is closed, subject to operational backups. Sessions expire and revoked keys no longer authenticate. Legal payment records may require separate retention. A confirmed retention schedule and backup deletion policy will be published before paid launch.
Your requests
Contact the operator to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable laws may also give you restriction, objection, portability and supervisory-authority complaint rights. The service is intended for adults managing their own or authorized brand content.
