The ground rules for using Media Presence.

Who provides the workspace

Operator identity and support contact will be supplied before paid launch.

The service

Media Presence stores prepared social posts and media, displays platform-style previews, and offers editing, review, approval planning and scoped agent access. Automatic delivery is available only after a supported account has been connected and its publishing configuration verified. Patreon drafts require manual delivery.

Your account and your content

Use accurate account information, safeguard your password and keys, and give agents only the permissions they need. You retain your rights in your content. You grant us permission to store, display and process it to provide the service and, when explicitly configured, deliver approved posts. You are responsible for having the necessary copyright, privacy and publicity permissions.

Approvals and agents

An approval permits the post to enter its plan. Manual browser edits are treated as your own approved changes and preserve an existing schedule. Scoped agent edits follow the documented approval rules. An agent with review permission can approve or reject on your behalf. Revoke keys you no longer trust.

Subscriptions

Prices and allowances are described on the pricing page. A paid monthly subscription would renew until canceled. Content generation, commissioned creative work and third-party API charges are separate. At present all Paddle transactions are tests; demo accounts are not subject to commercial plan enforcement.

Third-party services

Social platforms control their own APIs, limits, permissions and availability. Previews aim to reflect familiar layouts but cannot guarantee identical rendering on every device or future platform release. No reach, engagement, revenue or publication-time guarantee is offered.

Responsible use and termination

Follow our acceptable-use rules and each platform’s rules. Access may be suspended for abuse, security risks or unlawful activity. Account deletion and data export requests go through the published support contact. No contractual clause is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights.

Paid-launch contract details

Governing law, legal operator information, liability provisions and commercial service commitments will be finalized before paid subscriptions are offered. This preview draft is not a claim that commercial review is complete.
